Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 14-21 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen delays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders

  • Express Shipping: Currently not available

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout (where applicable)

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to select international destinations.

At this time, we do not ship to countries or regions where shipping restrictions, customs limitations, or regulatory requirements prevent delivery.

Certain products may be restricted in some destinations due to customs or local regulations.


Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

AIINA is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We also ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can assist where appropriate.
